Founder, Chairman and CEO
Michel is an innovator of pioneering technologies that optimize the performance of Internet applications.
He has a passion for science and innovation and transforms his ideas into industry changing business applications.
Michel has a proven track record of leading technology start-ups to success. In 1997, he founded
NetScaler, Inc whose unique technology significantly improved web-content delivery for large-scale corporations. Today,
over 75% of global web-traffic is processed through a NetScaler appliance including content from Google, MSN, Amazon.com,
and MLB.com. NetScaler was acquired by Citrix Systems in 2005 in a $300 million transaction.
With over 15 years of technology-based business development, engineering, and leadership, Michel is an
acknowledged expert in the field of TCP/IP networking. He has held positions at Sun Microsystems and Unisys. He has a B.S.
in Computer Science and Engineering from the Pune Institute of Computer Technology and Research (PICT). |

Chief Operating Officer
Sudha is responsible for NeoAccel's operations and finances. She brings over ten years of experience to
the company. Prior to NeoAccel, she served in the operations and management of Challenger Systems Inc., California State
Board of Equalization, Patni Computers, and Node Infotech Pvt. Ltd. Sudha holds an MBA in Computer Information Systems and
has CPA and CA certifications. |

| Peter Hertan |
Vice President, Product Management & Strategic
Sales
Peter is a veteran of Silicon Valley and has been instrumental at a variety of technology-based start-ups
in the creation, marketing and selling of new technologies. He has over twenty-five years of experience, having started his
career at IBM progressing from Engineering to sales to product management. Following IBM, he joined the startup world in a
series of successful startups that created new markets, the most successful of which was NetScaler where he launched and
managed their International market. He later joined NeoAccel at its founding. |

| M S Prasad |
Vice President, Engineering
Prasad is a network security and software engineering specialist and leads the development of the SSL
VPN-Plus line of products. He is renowned in the industry and trusted by government departments to oversee security for their
computer networks. He has published numerous research papers in several referred journals and has advanced post-graduate
degrees in Computer Science and Control Systems. Prasad is the recipient of the DSP Design Innovation Award (1987) and Best
Scientist Award (1989 and 1998). He is a fellow of IETE, M-IEEE, M-IEE. |

| Abhinav Kakde |
Sr. Director
Abhinav has significant industry experience in networking product engineering and security. He has spent over 18
years in product development and delivery, especially for large enterprise class products. He has worked with
Fortune 500 customers to deploy and manage networking products globally. Prior to Neoaccel, he has held various engineering
management positions at companies like Bindview, Veritas, Symantec. He has a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from
Pune University (PICT). |

| Dennis Toothman |
Vice President of Technology
Dennis’ career has spanned hardware, software, large scale networking, and security products with multi-billion dollar corporations and start-up organizations, developing and pioneering innovative high-technology products. He has held senior management positions at NCR and Nortel.
Dennis was featured on the cover of Communication News magazine in March 2000. Following this, he negotiated a multi-million-dollar contract with Lucent Technologies, which was used to launch CipherOptics in August, 2000.
As Founder and Chief Technology Officer for CipherOptics, Dennis architected and managed the implementation of a family of IPSec encryption devices ranging from 10 Megabits to 10 Gigabits. His products are in use throughout the world by many marquis government, financial, and manufacturing institutions. In March, 2009 Gartner selected CipherOptics as a “Cool Vendor in Infrastructure Protection.”

| Dan Scott |
Vice President, Finance
Dan has been an integral part of the success of several startup companies in Silicon Valley over a 30 year finance career including Xilinx Semiconductor (IPO 1989) and NetScaler (member of the founding team). Prior to NeoAccel, he has held finance management positions at Sports Potential, NetScaler, Xilinx, VLSI and Memorex. He has an AB in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
